Discover Series #3
This is the tough one: Leg #4 of the Mountainback. I felt really good the whole time, but I did over-extend a little right at the top of the big hill. I knew I was near the top, so I tried to stretch it out, but I started that a little too early, on one of the sharp humps. After the run, my gastrocnemius was really tight and sore. I took a day off and it feels better now.
